Deaf lawyer in Japan with over 20 years' experience, working to promote the rights of persons with disabilities. Dedicated to encouraging young people and children with disabilities to lead active lives and pursue their hopes and dreams through sharing own personal experiences. Contributing to improving and strengthening measures and policies for persons with disabilities by drawing on extensive legal expertise and real-life experience obtained through various national and international activities. Conducting intensive research activities at home and abroad to develop a deep knowledge of the global situation for persons with disabilities. Leading public awareness-raising activities in collaboration with relevant civil society organizations.
