Tokyo 2025: Team Qualification Results and Cancelled Events

1. Team Sports Qualification
Our official announcement regarding the results of team qualification for Tokyo 2025 is now available. The "Team Sports Qualifying System" was previously shared in April's ICSD Communique. Please refer to the official results.

2. Cancelled Events:
As per Deaflympics regulations, events must meet the 5:2 Rule (5 countries and 2 regions). The following events did not meet this requirement and have been cancelled:

• Athletics Pole Vault Women
• Athletics 10km Race Walk Women
• Handball Women
• Karate -68kg Women
• Wrestling Freestyle 50kg Women
• Wrestling Freestyle 53kg Women
• Wrestling Freestyle 57kg Women
• Wrestling Freestyle 62kg Women
• Wrestling Freestyle 68kg Women
• Wrestling Freestyle 76kg Women
