Status of Belarusian and Russian athletes, coaches and managers

On 5 March 2022, the ICSD Executive Board took the decision, following the decision of the IOC and the IPC, that neither Belarusian nor Russian athletes and their coaches and managers are not allowed to participate in ICSD sporting events, including the Deaflympics and World Championships. This decision is valid until revoked.
