Reminder: 51st ICSD Congress in Paris
The 51st ICSD Congress is scheduled to take place from October 3-5, 2024, in Paris, France.

02 October 2024: Arrivals to Paris, France
03-04 October 2024: ICSD Congress
05 October 2024: ICSD 100 Years Celebration
06 October 2024: Departure
Venue:
The Atrium Hotel & Conference Centre, Paris CDG Airport by Penta
Prices:
Accommodation: Standard double room with breakfast – 139 EUR including tax / night / person
Congress registration:
220 USD / person (including two coffee breaks and lunch)
Reservations can only be made at this accommodation and only after the ICSD Office has accepted the Power of Attorney submitted by the member federations before 15 August 2024.
A few important reminders:
The deadline for nominating one Executive Board member and one Ethics Commission member is July 3, 2024. Interested candidates must submit their information using the attached nomination form to the ICSD Secretariat.
The deadline for submitting proposals is also July 3, 2024. If you have proposals, please log on to our secure system (OMS). All Full and Associate Members can submit their proposals to the ICSD Executive Board. Online proposal submission is available in our system.
If you plan to attend our Centennial Congress, you must provide a Power of Attorney to the ICSD Secretariat. The office will then supply you with a letter of invitation for your visa purposes. The office will also send you an invoice for $220 for the Congress registration, which includes the usage of the space, two coffee breaks, and lunch. Once you meet all the requirements, you will receive a code for the special hotel rate.
